Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • No longer needed

Please review product specifications carefully before purchasing.


Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items Only

We only accept returns or offer replacements if the item is:

  • Defective, or
  • Damaged during shipping

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and/or videos of the issue
  • Retain all original packaging and materials

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


Product Performance / Customer Satisfaction

If you feel the product does not perform to your expectations or specific needs, we are willing to work with you to find a solution.

At our sole discretion, we may allow a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in like-new condition and not excessively used
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Approval for these returns is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Covers manufacturing defects under normal use
  • Valid for 1 year from the date of delivery
  • Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

What We Will Do:
At our discretion, we will:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Repair the product
  • Replace the unit if necessary

What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Provide your order number and photos/videos of the issue

We may require troubleshooting before approving a claim.

 


Inspection & Resolution

For approved claims, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • Repair guidance
  • Replacement unit

Refunds are issued only if a replacement or repair is not possible, at our sole discretion.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only
  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of an order:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping and return freight charges
  • Additional fees may apply

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks where:

  • The product was delivered successfully
  • The claim does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
