Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

For international orders:

  • Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at 4x4PostDriver@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 4x4PostDriver@gmail.com
  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses (if applicable)
